In other words, truth isn’t something we create by trusting it. It’s something we discover, test, and understand. People may disagree, doubt, or misunderstand it, but that doesn’t change what is actually true.
At the same time, in everyday life, we often rely on trust because we don’t personally verify everything. So while truth itself doesn’t require trust, our access to it sometimes does.
